At WithXpert, we strive to provide high-quality digital products. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally considered final. However, we understand that issues may arise, and this Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which we may provide refunds.
2. Digital Products
Our products are digital eBooks in PDF format that can be read on various devices. Once you have completed your purchase and received access to the digital product, the sale is considered final.
3. Refund Eligibility
We may provide refunds in the following limited circumstances:
– Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally placed multiple orders for the same product at the same time, we will refund the duplicate purchases.
– Technical Issues: If you are unable to access or download your purchased eBook due to technical issues on our end, we will either resolve the issue or provide a refund.
Refunds will not be provided for any other reasons, including but not limited to:
– Change of mind
– Accidental purchases (except for duplicate orders as specified above)
– Dissatisfaction with the content
– Compatibility issues with your device (our PDFs are compatible with all standard PDF readers)
4. Refund Process
To request a refund under the eligible circumstances, please contact us at infos@themarketingavenues.com within 14 days of your purchase. Your request should include:
– Your order number or transaction ID
– The email address used for the purchase
– The reason for your refund request
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed through PayPal to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
5. PayPal Buyer Protection
As we process payments through PayPal, purchases may be eligible for PayPal’s Buyer Protection program. If you believe there is an issue with your purchase that falls under PayPal’s Buyer Protection, you may file a dispute through your PayPal account within PayPal’s specified timeframe (typically 180 days from the date of purchase).
Please note that filing a PayPal dispute should be a last resort after attempting to resolve the issue directly with us.
